Synopsis:
Agents of the Children of the Sun attack the Titans at a cemetery where Victor is visiting the graves of his parents. The Children are defeated, but the Titans do not know the reason for the attack. More agents of the Children begin taking over nuclear plants around the world. The Titans stop them in New York. Nightwing calls in Superman and the Justice League to help guard other facilities.

The Titans then head to Russia where the Children have taken over another plant. The Children are actually kidnap victims given super powers. Each one is set to self destruct, taking the plants with them. The Titans stop this group as well, then trace the Children to Raymond Dark, an old business rival of Silas Stone.

The Titans next head to San Francisco to confront Dark and the other Children. Dark is killed by his own people, while the others try to flee. In trying to escape, the remaining Children of the Sun perish.
