Synopsis:
Mal and Karen Duncan meet Sarah Charles. They proceed to tell her about a case involving the original Teen Titans.

During the time when there was a west coast branch of the Titans, Lilith received a psychic call while touring S.T.A.R. Labs with Karen. She called in both groups of Titans for a trip to Southeast Asia where the call led her. A team from S.T.A.R. Labs led by Dr. Roderick Buckminster was already on the scene and begins fighting the Titans. After the battle is quickly won, the Titans unearth a prehistoric humanoid trapped in a block of ice. Lilith believes he is still alive, and is the source of the psychic call.

The prehistoric man is taken back to S.T.A.R. Labs. They claim jurisdiction and force the Titans to leave. Lilith stays after forming a psychic connection to the caveman known as Gnaark. Embedded in Gnaark's chest is a meteor fragment with incredible energy. It has sustained his life over the millennia, but he is now dying.

When a dispute breaks out between the scientists, Lilith is put in danger, and Gnaark begins fighting. The Titans return, but they misunderstand the situation. They fight Gnaark. While Gnaark is engaged with the Titans, he is shot by security. Lilith stays with him until he dies. The fragment in his chest, which the scientists hoped to profit from, turns out to be ordinary material after Gnaark's death.
