This story, which takes place on February 10, 1942 is continued from All-Star Squadron #24 and continues in All-Star Squadron #26.
Stimson, General Marshall, and General Brody may have been present in the dreams of the JSA from All-Star Comics #11.
Synopsis:
While the JSA is ordered to stand idle by the War Department, Ultra puts his plan into motion attacking Detroit, Brooklyn, and Los Angeles factories. Steel, Liberty Belle, and the Guardian defend the Brooklyn plant, but Nuklon and Silver Scarab from Infinity, Inc. arrive from the future to battle them and sabotage the plant. In L.A., Batman, Robin, Tarantula, and Phantom Lady battle Fury and Northwind, while in Detroit Green Lantern and the Atom take on Jade and Obsidian. During the fights, six All-Star’s mysteriously vanish after touching their opponents. The remaining heroes witness the disappearances and also watch as something else materializes.
