Comments:
This story is continued from Wanderers #2.

Synopsis:
The Wanderers return to their ship after fleeing from a group of alien natives. They discover that Psyche has nearly been taken over by one of the hatchlings that is taking over the city. They manage to free her of its influence, but the creature escapes. Aviax follows it back to its lair.

The other Wanderers return to the city where they meet three members of the Legion of Super-Heroes. Working together the two heroic teams drive the hatchlings into their birthing lair which Aviax has located. Wildfire then fights the central creature while the others destroy the building and all the creatures within.

When all the creatures are destroyed, the natives regain their senses. The Wanderers then part company with the Legionnaires to return to their ship. Unknown to her teammates, Psyche has rescued one of the hatchlings and still appears to be under its influence.
