Synopsis:
Polar Boy attempts to locate several of the missing members of the Legion. The White Witch has returned to Sorcerers' World where she agree to teach a young Khund boy. She sends a mage named Sarvisa to carry a message back to Earth.
On Colu, Brainiac 5 attempts to begin experiments in time travel. He is met with resistance from the Coluan Council of the Revolt who have banned such research.
Dream Girl has joined Atmos on his return to Xanthu. The return creates friction with Xanthu's resident hero Star Boy who elects to leave. Dream Girl is still unclear on her own motives for staying with Atmos.
Finally Blok has become an unwitting prisoner of the Inquisitor, who is seeking silicon-based life forms.
