The Magic Wars Part 1 of 4
This story continues in Legion of Super-Heroes #61.
Synopsis:
Sensor Girl is elected as the new Legion leader. She is quickly consumed by emergencies when Earth is seemingly overrun by magic. One team of Legionnaires is sent to battle a hydra near the Aegean Sea, another battles a flood aboard a satellite, while a third team visits the Museum of Mystic Arts where previously ordinary artifacts have begun to exhibit magical abilities.
Back at headquarters, Sensor Girl receives a message from Sorcerers' World indicating that magic has returned to Earth.
