Synopsis:
The Teen Titans have been defeated by Vicki Grant who has now kidnapped her former partner Chris King. The Titans visit a hospital to receive medical care for their injuries. Jericho has disappeared, but Nightwing informs the others that their teammate is hiding inside Chris and will make contact when he is able.
Vicki takes Chris across the country to San Francisco. She tells him that after leaving Fairfax she joined a cult known as the Children of the Sun. She began using the H-Dial under the influence of drugs and has now partially internalized its powers. Jericho summons the Titans and they defeat Vicki before she can use the H-Dial's power.
The Titans bring her to a S.T.A.R. Labs facility where they keep her unconscious. However, her powers manifest and allow her to break free. She battles the Titans again. The outcome of the battle is undecided as Vicki disappears. Chris has found her H-Dial and promises that he will go after her.
