Synopsis:
Chris King is chased through the New York subway by his former partner Vicki Grant who has used her H-dial to become a super-villain. Chris escapes with the help of the Teen Titans as is brought back to Titans Tower to recover. He gives the Titans a recap of his history with Vicki and the H-dial which was used by the pair to become heroes in Fairfax.
Vicki strikes again as a woman composed of solid diamond. She fights her way into Titans Tower and goes after Chris again. This time she defeats the Titans and walks away with Chris as her prisoner. As she departs, she claims to be a servant of the Children of the Sun.
