Synopsis:
Two businessmen construct a new orphange for children. Terry Sloane approches them to offer a contribution and accidentally discovers that the men are jewel thieves. They are using the orphange as a front to hide their men and loot. Mr. Terrific stops their gang from stealing valuable rubies. He then goes to the office to apprehend the businessmen. After the crooks are jailed, the orphanage is turned over to new management.
