Synopsis:
Elmer and his trained penguin Flipper are part of a vaudeville stage act. Flipper amazes audiences by taking valuables which are later returned. When the act begins to grow stale, Big Gus Greagon hires Elmer. Greagon uses the penguin to help rob guests at a social event.

Mr. Terrific is in attendence at the party and tries to stop the crooks. Greagon flees with the penguin and the loot, but Mr. Terrific tracks him to the local zoo. Flipper helps apprehend the crooks, and the stolen items are recovered. The publicity makes Elmer's act a hit.
