Synopsis:
Wanda Wilson consults Dr. Smart, a self-proclaimed memory expert after a series of absent-minded events. Wanda tells Dr. Smart about Terry Sloane's rare stamp collection. When Smart hears about the collection, he sends two men over to steal it. Mr. Terrific interrupts the robbery, but lets the crooks go. Wanda tells Terry about the doctor, which leads him to suspect that Smart is a crook. Mr. Terrific visits Smart and finds records of other thefts. Terrific then apprehends Smart and his men with evidence of their scam.
