The Extremist Vector Part Three
This story is continued from Justice League Europe #16 and continues in Justice League Europe #18.
Synopsis:
Following their defeat of the Justice League, the Extremists steal the nuclear arsenal of every major country. They use the weapons to blackmail the United Nations. The leaders of the world urge the meta-humans of the world to stand down. Blue Jay tells the Justice League that his world did the same, and it ended in the complete destruction of his planet. He provides the League with intelligence on their foes.
Captain Atom leads the League against the Extremists. Using the information provided by Blue Jay, they get the upper hand. However, Dr. Diehard is using magnetism to keep the nuclear weapons in the air above the Earth. When his control is interrupted, the nukes fall toward Earth. The League is forced to break off their attack to allow Diehard to regain control. Dreamslayer then exiles the League to another dimension.
