Synopsis:
Phantom Girl leads a small team of Legionnaires in an effort to locate Chameleon Boy. Dawnstar's tracking powers locate him inside an empty asteroid base. Starfinger has rigged the asteroid to explode. Both Chameleon Boy and Phantom Girl make it out alive, but they are injured.

Invisible Kid and Shrinking Violet are then tasked to locate Starfinger and rescue Colossal Boy. Despite the fact that they are considered weaker Legionnaires, they manage to free Colossal Boy. They, along with Dawnstar, then keep Starfinger's forces busy while Colossal Boy summons help from the Science Police. Starfinger is forced to take refuge inside his ring. Violet finds the ring and entrusts it to the Science Police for safekeeping.
