Synopsis:
Dian Belmont is hypnotized by a flaming ruby and ordered to kill her father. Sandman stops her, explaining that he is already working to track down the crooks using the jewel to hypnotize people. The Sandman soon deduces that the crooks are targeting him and know about his relationship to Dian. He apprehends the gang and the leader Henry Jenks, a young bank teller. After taking down the crooks, Sandman takes the dangerous hypnotic jewel for safekeeping.
