Comments:
This story is continued from Arion, Lord of Atlantis #6.
Synopsis:
After a battle with a demon, Arion and Chian have been transported to the Darkworld where they stand before the citadel of Caculha. Arion uses his magic to free Grondar from the demon's spell. The three adventurers then enter the stronghold together though the demon controls it.
While Arion and his companions seek a mystic key within the citadel, back on Earth Wyynde discovers that Mara is a shape-shifter. The girl becomes a giant dragon with telepathic abilities. Once she has mastered her new form, Mara and Wyynde enter the portal to the Darkworld to help Arion.
Inside Caculha's citadel, Chian and Grondar fight the physical dangers the demon has unleashed. Arion locates the answers he sought and uses the knowledge to force the demon's retreat. Wyynde and Mara arrive in time to stop evil forces outside the citadel from threatening those within. Arion then turns the building into a giant ship and begins sailing back to Atlantis. He believes that the citadel is the key to Garn's defeat.
