Synopsis:
The world prepares to celebrate Superman Day. An alien machine predicts that Superman will be rescued by L.L. when he gets into trouble. As people gather for a parade, Bizarro delivers a gift to Superman: Kryptonite. The Man of Steel falls victim to the mineral’s effects, while his friends wait for him. Finally, a young baseball player, Steven Snapinn, rescues Superman. Initially, Superman believes the prediction of L.L. must have been in error, but the boy is a Little Leaguer, thus fulfilling the prophecy.
