Comments:
Superman and Perry White execute "Plan P" in this story which are emergency plans Superman has prearranged with his friends Perry, Lois Lane, and Jimmy Olsen. Superman and Lois Lane once used "Plan L" in the third story of Superman’s Girl Friend Lois Lane #29.
Synopsis:
The Superman Revenge Squad uses a device attuned to Superman’s mind which causes the Man of Steel to act reckless and evil. When the machine is turned off, Superman remembers nothing that has happened while under the influence of the machine. The world turns against Superman because of his behavior which is the goal of the Revenge Squad.
Superman is able to secretly instruct Perry White to execute "Plan P", a prearranged plan to use in case of emergency. Using the plan, Superman pretends to act crazy even when not under the influence of the Revenge Squad’s machine. He is then able to free the Superman Emergency Squad that has been trapped inside Kandor. The Emergency Squad then defeats the Revenge Squad, permanently freeing Superman from the influence of the machine.
