Part II:"The Super Son's Super Fun"

Synopsis:
Superman visits Lake City on the anniversary of the day he saved the city from a flood. The residents honor him with a ceremony, but the Man of Steel spots trouble not far away which causes him to leave early. He sees a small child playing with gems outside a jewelry store. He takes the boy home, only to discover that the boy's mother Larissa Lenox is claiming to be Superman's wife.

Superman questions the woman who produces documents and photographs of their marriage. Her son Carl also exhibits super powers. Superman tests the boy with Kryptonite which causes Carl great pain. Superman must then contend with Carl's super powered mischief. Eventually the Man of Steel brings Carl and Larissa to the Fortress to read a Kryptonian oath. In doing so Carl is revealed as Mr. Mxyzptlk and sent home to his own dimension because Superman hid his name backwards in the oath. Larissa then disappears as she was created with the imp's magic.
