Synopsis:
The Metal Men except Tin have been fused together into an alloy with unknown elements. Doc promises to free them, but he is distracted when his girlfriend arrives to go dancing. The Metal Men decide to fix themselves by jumping into a boiling cauldron. The unknown elements cause the Metal Men to behave irrationally, becoming a menace.
Doc and Tin work on a way to stop the Metal Men from rampaging and restore them to normal. Doc recreates the Gas Gang, who apprehend the renegade robots. Doc works to restore the Metal Men, but the Gas Gang turn on their creator, knocking him unconscious. Tin finishes Doc's experiment to revive his teammates, then together they defeat the Gas Gang. The experiment also separates the Metal Men from the alloy, restoring them to normal.
