Synopsis:
Billy (aka Timmy) leads the blind Metal Men back to their rocket to escape the evil robot amusement park rides. With everyone on board sightless, the Metal Men can not pilot the rocket back to Earth. They eventually land on another world inhabited by robot juggernauts.
The Metal Men slowly regain their sight, and a chemical rain restores Billy's, but their rocket is stolen by the juggernauts. The Metal Men try to retrieve the rocket, but are captured and thrown into a boiling vat. Lead, Iron, Mercury, Gold, and Tina are fused together into a giant robot of alloyed metals. They are then able to defeat the juggernauts and escape.
On the way home Billy loses his sight again. When their passes through a cosmic storm, Billy is shielded by the Metal Men. Somehow the strange cosmic rays restore his sight permanently. The rocket returns to Earth, where Doc plans to remove the individual Metal Men from their new alloy form.
