This story is continued from Justice League of America #207, which depicts simultaneous events, and continues in the first story of Justice League of America #208.
Synopsis:
Per Degaton regains his memory, steal Professor Zee’s time machine, discovers the existence of Earth-Prime, and rescues the Crime Syndicate from their imprisonment. After the Earth-3 villains help him steal atomic missiles from Earth-Prime Cuba of 1962, he hurls his erstwhile allies into another dimension.
Meanwhile, in 1942 Earth-2, the All-Star Squadron members battle the menace called Nuclear. After he disappears, they return to the meeting rooms left to them by the JSA. They enter the room to discover the presence of the Justice League.
