Synopsis:
Landor, a man from the 25th century, arrives in the 20th century via a time machine seeking adventure. However, Landor soon discovers that money is essential to survival in this century and without it he begins to starve. He meets Johnny Thunder, who buys the man a meal and listens to his story. Johnny, like other men Landor has encountered, doesn't believe Landor's story, so the man from the future threatens to make a building disappear.

Johnny returns to JSA headquarters and tells the other members about his encounter with Landor. When the man from the future makes good on his threat to make the building disappear, the JSA realize the man is dangerous. Landor then challenges them to stop him from committing six crimes.

The JSA splits up to battle Landor, who has recruited a criminal gang to assist him. Using future science, Landor is able to perform incredible feats and escape the clutches of the JSA. He even steals Hawkman's Nth metal belt. Landor then allows Johnny Thunder to capture him, so that he can disintegrate the entire JSA. Johnny's Thunderbolt realizes Landor's scheme and warns the team, allowing them to protect themselves. The JSA then sends Landor back to his own time period, where he is now content.
