Comments:
Based on Gerta's age, several years have passed since the Harvest Festival depicted in the sixth story of Wonder Woman #7. Gerta was a small child at that time and is a teenager or young adult in this story.
Synopsis:
Paula Von Gunther summons Wonder Woman to her lab because she fears that her daughter Gerta is becoming reckless. Gerta has found a race of tiny bughumans which she is enlarging to human size. After an accident in the lab, Gerta promises to only experiment with her mother's supervision.
Gerta is unable to keep her promise as she once again enlarges some bughumans. The creatures are intelligent and take her prisoner. Wonder Woman and Paula follow her and are captured also.
The bughumans plan to take over the world by enlarging themselves and shrinking the humans. Wonder Woman, Paula, and Gerta are all shrunk to tiny size. Wonder Woman calls Steve for help. He comes to her rescue, then Wonder Woman defeats the bughumans and restores them to their normal size. The ordeal finally teaches Gerta to control her inner drive and reckless behavior.
