Synopsis:
After its defeat by Adam Strange, the creature known as the Tornado Tyrant turns to good, and becomes known as the Tornado Champion. Creating its own duplicate Earth, it transforms itself into duplicates of the Justice League members, and wages war on evil. However, when an evil counterpart of itself springs into existence, it is unable to defeat this nemesis. Traveling to Earth, it subjects the JLA to identical perils to learn how to win such battles.
Green Lantern defeats the whirlwind menace by using anti-energy, which presents the Tornado Champion with a dilemma, for such a method would result in its own destruction. Coming up with his answer, the Champion returns to its own Earth, and causes the Tornado Tyrant to be teleported into the Anti-Matter Universe, where it is wiped out.
