Synopsis:
After writing a series of anti-crime articles, Clark Kent becomes the target of an underworld kingpin. The crime boss known as King Kobra puts a contract on Kent’s life. Using his powers Clark escapes death. Then he disguises himself as an underworld hitman and stages his own murder. When Kobra pays off for the murder, Superman arrests the crooks. Clark explains to Lois later, that Superman had replaced him, allowing him to survive his own murder.
