Chap. 2: "The Cage of Doom"

Synopsis:
Superman loses his powers after being exposed to Red Kryptonite. He seeks help at his Fortress of Solitude, but he is unable to get inside. Instead he turns to Professor Potter for help who believes several types of acid may cure him. Before Superman can act he is captured by the underworld. They are going to execute him, but he asks for a last meal. They oblige him, unknowingly giving him foods which contain the acids which restore his powers. Superman then breaks free and rounds up the crooks.
