This story is continued from Doctor Fate #19 and continues in Doctor Fate #21.
Synopsis:
Nabu brings Linda, Jack, and Petey inside Fate's Tower. The helmet and amulet are found within. Linda reaches for the helmet and is rejected. Nabu then shows the group that the souls of Kent and Inza are trapped in the amulet, and he intends to get them out.
Elsewhere, the Phantom Stranger helps Eric Strauss regain his lost memories, and Doctor Stoner, counseled by the Lords of Chaos, contemplates a decision to unleash chaos on the world.
