Synopsis:
Evan Muhlbach blames Rafael Sandoval for the murder of his assistant. However, his wild accusations are ignored. Rafael leaves the scene, then meets with Hector Enriquez who has formed a gang of high school kids to assist El Diablo. The kids deliver the names of the local drug dealers which leads El Diablo to Frank Montez. When El Diablo questions Montez, he connects him to Muhlbach, who is the real source of the drugs.
The high school kids, calling themselves Los Diablos, photograph Montez and Muhlbach with the drugs. El Diablo then arranges for the photos to be given to the police, while he plans a surprise for Muhlbach at the Day of the Dead festival. When the mayor strikes a pinata, Muhlbach's drugs fall out, publicly exposing the importer. Muhlbach is then arrested.
