The Storm Part One
This story continues in El Diablo #5.
Synopsis:
While Rafael Sandoval deals with a dilemma in the mayor's office concerning a proposed construction project, Hector finds the body of a young girl. Rafael learns about the incident, but there is little that he can do to help the police. Hector and his friends hope that El Diablo will return, but Rafael is being cautious with his dual identity.
After another child is found murdered, Rafael seeks the advice of Father Guzman who knows his true identity. Rafael then decides to make another appearance as El Diablo.
