Near Santa Barbara, Tsunami saves the life of Neptune Perkins. She explains that her father was taken by the government to be placed in an internment camp. She was going to kill herself before running into Perkins. He convinces her to join him and together they plan to help her father.
In Colorado, TNT and Dyna-Mite encounter a group of saboteurs attempting to blow up a dam. The Nazis begin to flee, and a car chase ensues. TNT and Dyna-Mite are severly injured in a car crash. An invulnerable youth named Arn Munro stops the Nazis and saves Dan. TNT is killed and his soul is taken by the Valkyrie Gudra.
