Synopsis:
John and Cherie Chase, CBI agents, are kidnapped by Godiva, an international mercenary, in Tokyo. Danny Chase, their teenaged son, approaches King Faraday hoping to mount a rescue operation for his parents. Faraday refuses to get involved, so Danny enlists the aid of the Teen Titans.
The Titans have already encountered Godiva, but she escaped after using her mind control powers on Cyborg. Danny insists on joining the rescue mission in Switzerland. Their mission is successful, but Godiva escapes again with top secret information concerning a new satellite being launched into orbit.
Godiva and her men steal the satellite she then attempts to auction it off to a group of international criminals. Danny and the Titans are tipped off about the auction by Deathstroke. They defeat the criminals, and Danny recovers the satellite after demonstrating telekinetic powers. However, Godiva escapes. Danny is then inducted into the Titans as a new member.
