Synopsis:
While Jim Corrigan learns about his new relationship with the Spectre, the Cult of the Blood Red Moon reforms. One of the Cult members, a stamp collector, refuses to rejoin, so Louis Petrocci, now possessed, is sent to murder him.
The Spectre learns that the stamp collector is murdered. While he investigates, Jim Corrigan's first client Lucy Xerniak is killed in the same manner. The Spectre and Corrigan then reunite and visit the home of Xerniak's brother, Winston Scullis, the leader of the Cult.
