Synopsis:
Captain Atom goes to Canada under the false identity of Cameron Scott in order to infiltrate the terrorist group run by Plastique. She has been tipped off that the government wants to place a spy in her group, so she captures Scott and straps a bomb to his chest. Captain Atom is able to survive the blast and recover documents relating to Plastique's next target.

Plastique's cause is to separate Quebec from the rest of Canada. She targets the Canadian parliament building, but Captain Atom stops the suicide bomber. He then gains information which leads him to another bomb in the torch of the Statue of Liberty. After safely disposing of both bombs, Captain Atom rescues President Reagan and the Canadian Prime Minister when Plastique attacks them.
