Synopsis:
The Atom meets a boy who has escaped from a nearby reform school. The boy claims that he is beaten and tortured by the superintendent. The Atom disguises himself as the boy and allows himself to be taken back to the school. He then discovers that the boy's claims were correct, and the superintendent is also profiting from graft. Atom shuts down the operation and turns the crook over to police.
