This story is continued from Superman's Pal Jimmy Olsen #139.

Synopsis:
Jimmy, the Guardian, and Goody Rickles has been poisoned by Inter-Gang. While the Guardian chases Ugly Mannheim in search of the antidote, Jimmy and Goody return to Morgan Edge's office where Don Rickles is visiting. Goody is Don's look-a-like. They meet for the first time leading to confusion. The Guardian returns to the office with the antidote in time to save the others foiling Edge's plan to eliminate them.

Meanwhile, Clark Kent has been transported into space by a UFO. It takes him to Apokolips. Along the way he encounters Lightray who helps him escape from a group of Para-Demons and return to Earth via a Boom-Tube.
