Synopsis:
Count Dragorin, a vampire from Transilvane, ensorcells Morgan Edge's secretary Laura Conway. Clark Kent and Jimmy Olsen try to help her, but the vampire stuns them. Dragorin questions Conway about the whereabouts of her former employer Dabney Donovan. He then vanishes. Clark and Jimmy help Conway then follow Dragorin to Donovan's old laboratory. Dragorin and his wolfman henchman Lupek have already raided the lab, but Clark as Superman spots a clue to their next target, Bloodmoor cemetery. Superman and Jimmy follow Dragorin into a tomb where they find Transilvane, a miniature planet.

Meanwhile, the Newsboy Legion sneak out of the Project via an underground river. They find their way to a secret facility where the killer who murdered Jim Harper is hiding out.
