Synopsis:
Following the attack on former Legionnaires on Winath by Roxxas, Brainiac 5 seeks to help those injured. Meanwhile, Tenzil Kem visits the Earth which is secretly under Dominator control. He then represents Brek Bannin in court. Brek, formerly Polar Boy, has been charged with inciting an insurrection. Tenzil makes a mockery of the courtroom, but he succeeds in getting the charges against Brek dropped. He and Brek then head to the spaceport before anything changes.

Meanwhile Jo Nah finds himself in Khund territory following his fight with Roxxas.
