This story takes place on and around Nov. 17, 2994 based on a news magazine article.
Synopsis:
Rokk Krinn and Reep Daggle visit Rimbor to recruit Jo Nah into the reformed Legion of Super-Heroes. Fearing that the reformation of the Legion could endanger their takeover of Earth, the Dominators recruit Roxxas, the assassin responsible for the genocide on Trom. Roxxas kills Blok and sends his body to Garth Ranzz on Winath.
Meanwhile, Mordru has been keeping tabs on the ex-Legionnaires using a group of eyeless telepaths. He is forced to discontinue his torture of Rond Vidar in order to plan for their inevitable arrival.
Elsewhere, Mon-El, who died during the Magic Wars, is resurrected.
