This story is continued from the second story of Action Comics #322.

Synopsis:
Trapped on Feminax by the Sisterhood of Evil, Supergirl is hypnotized by three of history's worst villainesses. Then she is sent back to Earth to commit deeds of evil. Supergirl steals secret defense plans from the United Nations, then develops a Kryptonite poison capable of killing super-beings.

Supergirl tests the poison on Comet, apparently killing him. Next she tests it on Phantom Zone prisoner Py-Ron. After the criminal dies, she uses the poison on Superman. Then the female criminals order Supergirl herself to drink the poison.

With Supergirl and Superman apparently dead, the women of Feminax celebrate. However, the heroes soon recover. Comet explains that he is not affected by Kryptonite and used telepathy to learn of Supergirl's predicament. He contacted Circe and developed an antidote to the poison.

Py-Ron also recovers from the poison. He flies to Feminax and takes revenge by destroying their world. Superman and Supergirl return him to the Phantom Zone for his destructive acts.
