Synopsis:
The Prankster returns with a new series of crimes. Superman appears to capture the Prankster after the first robbery, but the crook appears again at the second. Superman captures him again, only to find the original is still in prison.
The real Prankster is still on the loose. He gave three men plastic surgery to make them look like him and is using them as fall guys. Superman sets a trap for the Prankster and catches the real one and the third double. He takes them both to jail where the real crook is finally identified. The three doubles are then released.
