Synopsis:
Jimmy discovers a strange chest on the beach which contains an enlarging ray. He accidently hits a turtle with the ray and with the turtle acting as a filter, the ray strikes Jimmy as well. He is transformed into a giant turtle man and falls under the influence of Goxo, an Atlantean criminal who invented the growth ray.

Jimmy becomes a menace to the sea lanes, breaking bridges and destroying ships. He then stuffs the broken objects into an active volcano. Superman is able to stop him and uses Brainiac’s shrink ray to restore Jimmy to normal, while Lori Lemaris informs them of Goxo’s involvement.
