Synopsis:
Jimmy Olsen receives a tip concerning the location of the Climate King, a crook who controls the weather. He alerts Superman and together they discover a time machine. Superman suspects that the Climate King has fled into the past. He begins searching different time periods based on a list found at the scene.

While Jimmy is waiting for Superman to complete his search, the Climate King returns. The crook takes Jimmy hostage and brings him into the past. Jimmy is able to escape and destroy the Climate King's weather control machine, but in doing so he causes a dam to burst. As a result he causes the Johnstown flood of 1889.
