Synopsis:
Brainiac is freed from suspended animation by some cavemen. He returns to the present to resume his rivalry with Superman. The Man of Steel is helping the Planet staff cover the story of a native uprising in the Congo, when Brainiac uses his shrinking ray on them. He traps them in a glass bottle along with a golden gorilla which has shown up.
The gorilla frees them from capture, while a strange explorer draws Brainiac’s attention away. Superman restores everyone to normal size and captures Brainiac. The explorer and gorilla are Congo Bill and Congorilla, who saw Brainiac arrived and decided to help out. Superman turns Brainiac over to an intergalactic prison planet.
