Synopsis:
The Icicle kidnaps Alan Scott and takes him to the South American country of Perumbia. Icicle and his partner General Galazar want Alan to use his knowledge of radio equipment to jam the stations of Perumbia as part of a takeover.
Alan, as Green Lantern, escapes but Icicle captures him again. Doiby has followed Alan and arrives in time to save GL from a volcano. Green Lantern then prevents the takeover of the Perumbia government and captures Icicle.
