Synopsis:
Sandman tracks down the Van Leew emeralds which have been stolen by escaped felon Mad Maddon. Another hood, Flip Benson, leads Sandman to the jewels which have been hidden in the safe of his alter ego, Wes Dodds. Sandman removes the jewels and when Benson and Maddon return for them, Benson kills Maddon. Sandman then tracks down Benson and his gang, returning the emeralds to their rightful owners.
