Synopsis:
A 19th century highwayman called "Gentleman" Jim Craddock is hanged, but he vows to return for his revenge. He does, plundering London, Paris, Rome, and Madrid at will. Hawkgirl implores her husband to help, and the pair travel to Europe, where they encounter the Ghost and his gang in London's Trafalgar Square.

Shayera accepts his powers are real, while Katar is skeptical, especially when he finds a concealed tape recorder in a cane left behind at one crime scene, and a movie projector at another.
