Synopsis:
Doctor Occult and Rose Psychic watch as three criminals attempt to rob Central Bank. When the crooks open the vault, they see a devil inside. The frightened bank robbers flee the bank, while Occult and Psychic laugh hysterically.

The ghost detective and his assistant return to Occult's laboratory, where he explains his new crime detection invention. Suddenly, the device keys in on psychic vibrations which lead to another crime about to happen.

Using astral projection, Occult and Psychic arrive at the location indicated by the crime detector. The duo watches invisibly, while three crooks are about to leave to commit a crime. Occult hypnotizes the leader to reveal the plan. He then puts them all to sleep. Occult and Rose then go after the crime boss.
