Synopsis:
Mark Merlin and Elsa investigate the sightings of strange creatures near a camp site under construction. The investigators spot two creatures and follow them to a nearby lagoon. Mark dives underwater and discovers that the creatures are fish-men from another dimension.

The creatures are using an aqua-gen ray to bestow themselves with incredible power and the ability to live on the surface. They are planning an invasion. Mark is spotted and exposed to the ray while fleeing.

When Mark does not return, Elsa dives into the lagoon. She befriends a fish-man scientist who explains that the others are criminals from his dimension. Mark returns after discovering the ray gave him powers underwater. After he defeats the criminals, the professor takes them back to his dimension and restores Mark to normal.
