Synopsis:
When Harry Halsted, the leader of the Jimmy Olsen Fan Club, moves away Jimmy must pick a new leader. The club members each build Jimmy Olsen exhibits, while a new member tries to join, Jackie Oliver. Jackie is a girl who proves her worth by passing an initiation test. Jackie wins the contest for the best exhibit and is chosen as the leader. Jackie proves to be a slave driver, until Tommy Todd deduces that Jackie is really Jimmy in disguise. Tommy's cleverness earns him the position as new leader having passed Jimmy's test.
