Synopsis:
Professor Potter reveals a new formula for super strength to Jimmy Olsen. Jimmy uses the formula to best Superman in a wrestling match for charity. Later however, his strength deserts him during a fight with some gamblers. Jimmy returns to Potter and takes more serum. Again he beats Superman in a test of strength. However, Jimmy's strength disappears again a short time later.

Jimmy explains the problem to Superman, who doesn't remember Jimmy beating him. The two visit Potter and discover the professor has been impersonating the Man of Steel to convince Jimmy the formula works. Jimmy and Superman stage a fight to cure Potter of his erratic behavior.
